Dr. Cynthia Simmons' Mission Statement
I created the Never Give Up Mentality because I believe every person will face storms in life. Some storms leave us shaken. Others require us to rebuild our lives completely. But I have learned that every storm has a purpose.
My mission is to help people protect their minds during life's storms, discover what those storms are teaching them, and never give up on the purpose for which they were created.
Through speaking, writing, coaching, music, AI education, and the NGUM community, I strive to remind people that they are not defined by what happened to them. They are defined by how they choose to respond.
I believe that when the brain is talking, the body is listening. The thoughts we choose today shape the lives we live tomorrow.
The NGUM Umbrella represents hope. It is a reminder that while the storm may not stop immediately, we can find shelter, gain strength, discover purpose, and walk into the sunshine with a renewed sense of direction.
My purpose is simple:
